We’re not here to just build better brands.

We’re here to build
better businesses.

Resolving difficult brand-building, marketing, and growth challenges requires a strong point of view and a methodical approach.

I’m in the Lobby is a strategy practice with a “roll up our sleeves, get in the trenches, and get difficult things done together” attitude to tackle these problems.

“If I’ve done my job right, you won’t miss me after I leave, at least not professionally.”

This is the way I’ve always worked with clients – not as an outside consultant, but integrated with internal teams to fix a problem, build something new, or get to the next level.

Which is why the core of my practice is simply, me. I come join your team to decipher problems, create solutions and bring about change. All in tandem with your team, so that when I leave, there is no knowledge vacuum.

What’s up with the name?

Next time we meet, ask for the backstory. But conveniently, ‘I’m in the lobby’ sums up the way I work with clients: I show up, roll up my sleeves, join the team, and get to work.

“Armin can step back and give me strategic thinking and he can jump in and help whip things into shape.”
